Skill Level
Intrepid Beginner to Intermediate:  requires knowledge of knitting and purling, picking up stitches, knitting in the round on double-pointed and circular needles, increasing and decreasing stitches.  The two-colored bag and the tulips also require knowledge of the intarsia knitting technique.

Materials Needed
  • US 11 / 8mm circular needles (24" or 32")
  • 1,800 yards worsted weight feltable yarn for solid bag.
  • 1,300 yards MC and 400 yards CC feltable yarn for two-color bag.

Unfelted Gauge
13 sts and 16 rows over 4" / 10cm using a double-strand of worsted weight yarn on a US 11 / 8mm needle.
